This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.248 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Proddatur, Kadapa District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the stage of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioners prayed to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. 5.

In view of the above submission, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. 6.
