HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26470 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of third respondent in passing the impugned order dated 25.7.2016 directing the petitioner to furnish the Bank Guarantee of Rs.44,560/- for release of the vehicle as illegal.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
