HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35084 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide appeal No.A2/306/2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, against the rejection order of respondent No.4, in respect of the land in Survey Nos.173, 174, 175 and 288 situated at Medipally village, at the earliest. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for revenue. 4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to dispose of appeal No.A2/306/2016, filed against the rejection order of respondent No.4, in respect of the above said land, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
