The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey of land, admeasuring Ac.2-00 in Survey No. 515/ B, situated at Old Guntur, Guntur district, inspite of the representations of the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 and 06.07.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader would submit that if an online application is made by the petitioner seeking survey of the land referred to above, the authorities will deal with the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the petitioner, if so advised, to make a fresh online application for survey of the land in Survey No. 515/ B, situated at Old Guntur, Guntur district, in which event, the concerned authority shall deal with the application filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if no survey has been done in respect of the schedule property till date and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible to, by taking into consideration the relevant circulars issued from time to time, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months

from the date of receipt of the application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
