The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is by encroaching upon the petitioner's property, the unofficial respondent herein is making constructions.

The said aspect cannot be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the common law remedy, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
