THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P. No.3498 of 2014 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this revision is that he had filed I.A.No.612 of 2013 filed under Order 38 Rule 5 CPC before the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad in O.S.No.46 of 2013, but the said Court is not disposing of the said I.A., in spite of the fact that the order passed by it on 20.03.2013 directing the respondent to furnish third party security for the suit claim by 26.04.2013 has not been complied by the respondents.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad to dispose of the I.A.No.612 of 2013 in O.S.No.46 of 2013 on his file, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, positively. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
