THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.19669 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to close the petitioner's tutorial without implementing the G.O.Ms.No.200 Education (Ser.V) Department dated 06-08-1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal, improper, incorrect and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the functioning of the petitioner's tutorial by implementing the G.O.Ms.No.200 Education (Ser.V) Department dated 06-08-1997 of Government of Andhra Pradesh and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Education (AP).

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical circumstances this Court in W.P.Nos.6844 and 6853 of 2013, dated 17-03-2013 passed a common order, allowing the writ petitions, and a copy of the same is also placed on record. In view of the above order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, and the respondents are directed not to interfere with the activity of imparting informal tutorial education by the petitioner. It shall, however, be open to them to issue notice and

take further action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
