THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7585 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner application dt.24.10.2016 to continue him as FP Shop Dealer for Shop No. 631 of Dimilada Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulain District is highly illegal and arbitrary and violation of AP State PDS(Control) Order, 2008 as well as under provisions of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and violation of Article 14, 16, 19 (g) and 21 of Constitution of India and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequential direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as FP Shop Dealer for Shop No. 631 of Dimilada Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents. 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the respondents on 16.09.2016 and no action has been taken on the said representation and also a

AVSS,J W.P.No.7585 of 2017 request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a timeframe.

On the otherhand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate orders will be passed on the said representation as per law.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representation dated 16.09.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
