HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.35014 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the representations of the petitioner dated 25.4.2018 and 9.7.2018, seeking to include the name of the petitioner in the place of the 4th respondent after conducting enquiry, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the representations dated 25.4.2018 and 9.7.2018, submitted by the petitioner were forwarded to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, for making enquiry and as such the grievance of the petitioner, has been addressed. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
