THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2594 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision is preferred by the plaintiff in O.S. No.2581 of 2015 and the petitioner in I.A. No.72 of 2016, aggrieved by the order passed by the III Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad dated 11.04.2016 rejecting their request to amend the plaint at the pre-trial stage. Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, Learned Counsel for the respondent, would fairly state that, since trial has not commenced in the suit, the amendment could be ordered. Recording the submission of the Learned Counsel for the respondent, the order under revision is set aside and the Court below shall permit amendment of the pleadings. Needless to state that the respondent herein shall be permitted, if they so chose, to file an additional written statement.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
