No.10892 of 2017 ORDER : (ORAL) (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Pursuant to the order dated 6.6.2017, respondents 1 and 2 are present in person and submits that the order dated 29.1.2015, passed in O.A.No.2289 of 2013, has been stayed by this Court in W.P.No.20550 of 2017 vide order dated 28.6.2017, thus, the present petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is hereby closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the matter shall stand closed.
