As per the information received by this Court, A.S. No.18 of 2013 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool, was dismissed on 07.08.2015, as such, the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
