THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12248 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioners state that they have given representations dated 27.08.2015 and 17.03.2016 to respondent Nos.3 and 4 for grant of Online copies of 1-B Adangals and Record of Rights in their favour. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent Nos.3 and 4 had not passed any orders thereon till date.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.4 will consider the representation filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 .
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations filed by the petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
