The case of the petitioner is that he made an application on 13.02.2017 in Form VI-A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Sy. No. 76/2-1B to an extent of Ac 0-54 cents, land in Sy No. 76/4 to an extent of Ac.0-48 cents, land in Sy. No. 77/3 to an extent of Ac.0-92 cents, land in Sy.No. 77/8 to an extent of Ac. 1-23 cents, land on Sy No. 77/4 to an extent of Ac.0-04 cents, land in Sy No. 283/1 to an extent of Ac. 1-55 cents, land in Sy No. 258/5 to an extent of Ac 0-76 cents, land in Sy No. 473 to an extent of Ac. 4-54 cents, land in Sy No. 490/7 to an extent of Ac. 1-50 cents, land in Sy No. 481 to an extent of Ac. 2-85 cents, land in Sy No. 479 to an extent of Ac.

7-92 cents, land in Sy No. 76/8 to an extent of Ac 0-46 cents and land in Sy No. 104/6 to an extent of Ac. 1-56 cents is situated in Tuvvapadu Village, Konakanamitta Mandal, of Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since the application of the petitioner dated 13.02.2017 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without going

into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as affected parties if any.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
