Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The petitioner, who was removed from the office of the Village Revenue Officer, approached the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') by filing OA.No.1158 of 2016 for a direction to dispose of the appeal filed by him against the order of his removal from service before respondent No.2appellate authority expeditiously. This OA having been dismissed, he has filed this Writ Petition, Considering the fact that the appeal was filed by the petitioner on 07-12-2015 against the order of his removal from service and that he is out of employment, interests of justice would be met, if his appeal is disposed of expeditiously.

Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, after putting him on notice, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.21709 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for
