These Criminal Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the ' Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.l to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.4174 of 2022, pending on the file of III Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 4gB-A, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC') and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961(for short'DP?ct). tt 2.
Since the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 3 in C.C.No.4174 of 2022, both the criminal petitions are heard together are disposed of by this common order.

Perused the record.
4. The petitioners are questioning their implication and the charge sheet filed for the offences under Sections 498-4, 323 and 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact during the investigation there was a settlement between the parties
Crl.Petition Nos-11926 and 11927 ol2022 and 2nd respondent having taken money to settle the issues. However, the charge sheet is filed. He further submits that, now, the petitioner is not coming forward with the settlement. 6, Keeping in view that there was a settlement between the parties, both the criminal petitions are disposed off. Further, the petitioners are at libefi to move the concerned Court by filing an application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. In the event of these petitioners filing the application, concerned Court shalt disposed of the said application within a period of four weeks on the ground of the settlement or on facts.
