Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner in Survey No.78, admeasuring approximately Acs.4.00 guntas in total extent of Acs.65.22 guntas and paiki 37 guntas, situated at Upparpally village, Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of his application dated 25.10.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that though the online application seeking to conduct survey and demarcation is made in the month of October, 2017, till date the respondents have not considered the said application.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said online application is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be dealt with, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to deal with the online application made by the petitioner on 25.10.2017, seeking survey and demarcation of the land referred to above, basing on the circulars, which are being issued by the Government, from time to time and in accordance with the provisions of law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all concerned.
