This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not accepting the online applications of the petitioner institution, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to receive the application fee by approving the same for the year 20152016." Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would submit a fresh representation to the respondents for redressal of its grievance and appropriate direction can be issued to the respondents to consider the same by fixing some timeframe.
Taking into consideration the said request, the Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to submit a fresh representation to the respondents herein for redressal of its grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and if any such representation is made within the said period, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
