THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30150 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in taking appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.11.2010 sent through registered post. This Court by order dated 03.12.2010 directed the respondents to consider and take appropriate steps as required under law on the complaint submitted by the petitioner.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Renigunta Police Station, Chittoor District, gave written instructions to the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) stating that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, a crime was registered and they were investigating the case.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
