THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20320 OF 2016 ORDER:
The only grievance in the present writ petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents 2 to 4 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2015.
2. Heard Sri K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is called, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 18.09.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.
4. Having regard to the nature of controversy and in the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits and demerits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation dated 18.09.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
