THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1282 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner.

2.

The petitioner claims that he constructed upper floors to his building, which according to him, have been constructed without sanction and that the said construction is pending consideration of the Government with an application for regularization. 3.

Before the learned single Judge, the writ petition was filed seeking a relief to direct the Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and officers under that Authority to desist from interfering with the constructed upper floors. The learned single Judge recorded the submission on behalf of GHMC that if any action is warranted with regard to the subject constructions, they will follow due process of law by issuing notice. Beyond that, we find no ground for any relief that would come to the petitioner through this Writ Appeal.

4.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________________ THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN, CJ _______________________________________ S.V.BHATT, J 25.09.2018 pln
