When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaints made by the petitioner on 27-08-2018 and 16-09-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.716 of 2018 dated 26-09-2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 457, 504, 506 of IPC, and Sections 3(1) (s)(g) and 3(2) SC, ST (POA) Act. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
