Ramanthapur in Uppal' Respondent Nos'4 to 9 are making constructions without leaving setbacks in uppal' Therefore' petitioner has submitted a representation' dated 12.12.2024 to respondent No'2 with a request to take action against respondent Nos'4 to 9' Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation' respondent No'2

W.P.No.36920 of 2024 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2, petitioner filed the present writ petition. 4.
Whereas, Sri Srinivas Rao Pachwa, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the said representation dated 12.L2.2O24 submitted by the petitioner and take action against respondent Nos.4 to 9 strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal C:orporations Act, 1955 (for short .the Ar:t, 1955,) by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 9 on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. 5.
In the light of the said submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation, dated 12.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner and take action against respondent Nos.4 to 9 strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under the Act, 191i5, by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 to 9 (rn notice and affording them an opportunit5z
