Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that respondent nos.2 and 3 have not registered any F.I.R. pursuant to petitioner's representation dt.12.07.2016.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that Crime No.612 of 2016 has been registered on 31.08.2016 on the basis of a complaint made by petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation and file a final report in the competent Court in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
