Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3 of C.C.No.779 of 2014, pending on the file of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, which is outcome of report of the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.133 of 2013, dated 23.02.2013 and the police after investigation filed final report, that was taken cognizance for the offences supra against the petitioners and other accused and it is the submission that the case after framing of charges, trial is in progress and already P.Ws.1 and 2 were examined and the court is not conducting day to day trial as per the letter and spirit of Section 309 Cr.P.C., even trial opened. 2.
Having regard to the above, this criminal petition is disposed of, for nothing to keep the matter pending, with a direction to the trial court to complete the trial and decide the case on merits, within four months from the date of receipt of the order to the extent practicable.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
