These contempt cases have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of interim orders dt.8.12.2014 in W.P. No.37758 of 2014 and dt.12.12.2014 in W.P. No.38284 of 2014 respectively. At the hearing, Mr. A.K. Jayaprakash Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4, submitted that this Court has dismissed the main writ petitions.

Inasmuch as the contempt cases arise out of the interim orders passed in the writ petitions and the writ petitions are dismissed, I do not find any reason to proceed against the respondents in the contempt cases for the alleged violation of the interim orders.
