This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners - defendant Nos.3 to 7 assailing the order, dated 12.03.2014, of the learned III Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, passed in I.A.No.389 of 2012 in O.S.No.323 of 2009. 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitionersdefendant Nos.3 to 7. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 06.07.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
