WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate SRI K. V. RAGHU VEER, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing Proceedings Roc.No.A/75/2014, dated: 23.01.2015 in canceling the license of the petitioner by a valid and reasoning order as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K. V. RAGHU VEER, Advocate for the Petitioner and the G.P. for Agriculture(AP) on behalf of respondents, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition;
