Smt. G.Bhanupriya, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application at an appropriate stage in the proceedings before the trial Court.

Though, the arguments were heard and the matter was reserved for orders, since a request for withdrawal, as referred to above, is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is accorded. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application at an appropriate stage before the trial Court, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
