THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE NO.362 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.1162 of 2015 in W.P.No.947 of 2015 dated 28.01.2015.

Prima facie, in spite of the fact that the interim order passed by this Court is in operation the respondent in violation of the said interim orders interfered with the possession of the petitioner. Now the respondent filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology stating that the said action is unintentional and it is only anxiety to protect the property belonging to the public.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no objection for acceptance of unconditional apology offered by the respondent.

Recording the said submissions and considering the unconditional apology offered by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed.
