The above two applications are filed by the transferor company and transferee company seeking to dispense with the meeting of Equity Shareholders and to convene the meeting of the Unsecured/Trade Creditors of the respective companies.

On 30.11.2016, this Court granted permission to conduct a meeting and submit a report.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the meeting has already been conducted and the report has also been filed before this Court on 18.1.2017.

Recording the above submission, the above two Company Applications are closed. No costs.
