HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 6063 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed for the following relief; "... to issue a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order or direction to the respondent herein holding that the action on the part of the respondent for not paying exgratia relief as per N.O.O (CS) Rt.No.390, dated 20.09.2013, even after lapse of more than three years is illegal, arbitrary and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution and direct the respondent to pay exgratia of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) to the petitioner herein for the death of her husband due to "Electric Shock" in terms of orders of TSNPDCL, Warangal, issued in its proceeding No.

N.O.O.(CS).Rt.No.390, dated 20.09.2013 with in time bound period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 01.02.2016, to the respondents and the same is pending consideration. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be served, if the representation, dated 01.02.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents by fixing some timeframe.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation, dated 01.02.2016, said to have been filed by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
