This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer OS No.180 of 2006 on the file of IX Addl. Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to any Court of Chief Judges having jurisdiction at Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

2. When the matter came for hearing on 01-12-2015, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that he has given-up vakalath in the case. As the petitioners have not made any alternative arrangements, the matter was directed to be listed on 02-12-205 for dismissal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

3. In the circumstances, the Tr.CMP is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
