Learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dt.05-07-2017, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, stating that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to proceed in case of new cause of action arises. The said request is reiterated in the Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to proceed in case of new cause of action arises. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
