Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioners on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.202 of 2016 of PS Jagtial town and District, registered for the offences under Sections 307 read with 34, 109 of IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate stage.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
