THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7863 of 2011 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief : "to declare the action of the respondents particularly the action of respondent No.2 and 3 herein in withholding the pension of the petitoiner on the alleged ground that he was paid excess emoluments due to miscalculation by the 1st respondent and consequentially seizing the bank account of the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal unjust, contrary to the principles of natural justice and fair play and defence pension payment instructions (Defence PPI) 2005 and consequentially direct the respondents to forthwith release the pension for the months of August, September, October, November, December 2010 and January, February, 2011 and continue to release the same." 2.
Dr.K.Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel representing the respondent-Bank, on instructions furnished to him by the Assistant General Manager of the Bank, informs that the grievance of the petitioner was resolved and the petitioner is being paid pension regularly, thus, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
