CVNR, J CRP.No.5583 of 2018 Dt:28.9.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition, under Article-227 of the Constitution of India, is filed for a direction to the VII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, to dispose of O.S.No.458 of 2013 expeditiously.

A perusal of the docket proceedings of the aforementioned suit shows that the case underwent a number of adjournments and the said suit is coming up for framing of issues after five years of its pendency.

In Bhamidimarri Vijaya Lakshmi Vs. M.Uma Lakshmi1 this Court issued comprehensive directions to the lower Courts to scrupulously follow Rules-66 and 101 of the Civil Rules of Practice and the Circular orders. On administrative side also, this Court issued Circulars in this regard. The lower Court is, therefore, directed to strictly follow the said directions by preparing and publishing a special list for disposal of the suits under Rule-66 of the Civil Rules of Practice to avoid complaints of this nature in future.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
