The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 20.4.2017 and not taking any action against the respondent No.3 for the unauthorized construction in the premises No.16-11-16/K/12, Afzal Nagar, Malakpet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 20-4-2017 submitted by petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
