Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner and possessor of an extent of 279 square yards of land vide Door Nos.2/430, 2/430/1 and 2/430/2 in Survey No.428.8/1A/1A/1A/1B of Jammalamadugu Village and Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. A building was constructed in the said land by her father with ground + two floors and her father executed a Will in her favour on 16.09.2006. Her husband expired on 11.06.2008. The entire family is dependant on the rents of the building. While so, respondent Nos.2 to 5, in order to widen the road, issued a notice on 27.12.2016 and in the said road widening, her building is going to be affected. She was asked to appear before respondent No.2 on 16.01.2017 with all relevant documents. Accordingly, she appeared and submitted the proof of title.

In spite of submission of the documents, it is her case, that no compensation is paid, but respondent Nos.2 to 5 are proceeding with the demolition of the building. In those circumstances, the present writ petition is filed. A perusal of the notice, dated 27.12.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the provisions of the National Highways Authority Act and without following the same, they shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioner.
