The limited relief that the petitioners have sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is for a direction to the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Crvil Court at Hyderabad' seized of O.S.No.387 of 2006, for concluding the proceedings at the earliest' 2.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners ls that O.S.No.387 of 2006 is pending consideration for almost 19-20 years now, and in the process, defendant No'1 has expired' Since defendant No.1 does not have any L.Rs., the petitioners / plaintiffs have moved l.A. No.408 of 2023 seeking for consequential amendmentsthatwouldberequiredinthelightofdeathof defendant No.1. Therefore, he prays for an appropriate direction to beissuedtothelearnedXlVAdditionalChiefJudgetodecide I.A.No.408 ot 2023 and thereafter also decide O'S'No'387 of 2006 itself on merits at the earliest.

Considering the prayer made by the petitioners to be an innocuous one and which would not be prejudicial to the interest of any of the contesting parties, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer made by the petitioners and accordingly direct the learned XIV Additional Chief ludge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to take a call on I.A.No.4oB of 2023 immediately and thereafter take up O.S.No.3B7 of 2006 on priority basis and decided the same as expeditiously as possible, iF not on the next date of hearing, within an ourer ,imir of 6 months from the next date Of heafing,

With the aforesaid directions, the present Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
