THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.9865 & 9866 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

These criminal petitions arise out of the same F.I.R. and they are being disposed of by this common order.

Crl.P.No.9865 of 2016 is filed by petitioners/A.4 and A.5 and Crl.P.No.9866 of 2016 is filed by A.6, seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.71 of 2016 of Shankarpally Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 405, 406, 418, 420, 423, 425, 427 r/w 34 IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.4 to A.6 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. As seen from the complaint, there are certain allegations against the petitioners. Truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the complaint can be ascertained by the investigating agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the police concerned are directed to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioners/A.

4 to A.6. The petitioners/A.4 to A.6 are directed to appear before the investigating agency, as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency. The petitioners are also directed to produce requisite documents whenever required. With the above direction, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these criminal petitions shall stand closed.
