THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.34699 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition apprehending that 4th respondent is likely to pass adverse order against the petitioners in LAOP No.21 of 2018 pending on his file to which the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 to 7 are parties.

In my considered opinion, this Writ Petition is pre-mature because only if there is an adverse order against petitioners, would the petitioner have a right to seek any relief against 4th respondent and not on the basis of any apprehensions in their mind about the possible order which the 4th respondent might pass.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge any order which may be passed by 4th respondent in LAOP No.21 of 2018, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
