THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21709 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner joined the service of the respondent Corporation as Driver on 07.03.2005 after undergoing the due process of selection. However, he was removed from service, by order of the fourth respondent dated 01.10.2014 on the ground that he was absent for duties from 01.07.2014 till the date of issuance of charge sheet on 16.08.2014. Against the said order of removal, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the third respondent on 12.11.2014 giving Aleru address and he came to know that an order was passed on 16.04.2015 permitting him to join the duty. When the order copy was sent to Suraram address, where he was not residing, it was returned as unserved. When the petitioner approached the third respondent in November, 2015, he was informed that the appeal was considered and he had not reported to duty.

However, a xerox copy of the same was served on the petitioner on 16.11.2015. When the petitioner submitted a representation on 18.11.2015 to the second respondent seeking posting orders, and when the same was not considered, he got issued a notice to the second respondent through his counsel on 27.04.2016. When there was no response, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Even after granting three adjournments in the present writ petition, no counter-affidavit is filed.

4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said copy of the order shall be served on the petitioner to the address shown in the
