THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34768 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction, on the part of the respondent-GHMC in taking action, pursuant to the notice, bearing No.1/182/5/5/ACP/C8/CZ/GHMC/2017, dated 10.08.2018. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that, after receipt of the above said notice, the unofficial respondents herein have approached the civil Court and filed O.S.No.1676 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and obtained injunction in I.A.No.575 of 2018. In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application seeking to implead himself in the said suit and to contest the same. Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
