When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader that for reddressal of the grievance petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent through proper channel and the Divisional Panchayat Officer, Narsaraopeta vide letter L.Dis No.63/2017-C, dated 07.02.2017, requested the District Panchayat Officer, Guntur to initiate necessary action and despite the same, no positive action has been taken by the respondents for redressing the grievance of the petitioner herein.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with a direction to the respondents herein to take appropriate action pursuant to the letter of the Divisional Panchayat Officer in L.Dis No.63/2017-C, dated 07.02.2017, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of his order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
