Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach A.P.Administrative Tribunal. A memo to that effect signed by the petitioner and his counsel is filed on 11-02-2015.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings as are permissible under law. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
