THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.36948 of 2024 ORDER:
It is stated that the petitioner's mother was the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.269/AA, situated at BalT/anagudem Village, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District. The case of the petitioner is that his mother name is recorded in the pahanies maintained by the Revenue Department as a pattadar and as such, he has made an online application bearing No.240O076851 dated 06.O8.2024 before respondent No.4 seeking mutation of his narne and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short, 'ROR Act, 2O2O). The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same. Hence, the writ petition.
