THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34629 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentMunicipality that when the respondent-Municipality issued a notice under Section 192 (3) of the Telangana Municipal Corporation Act, 1965, the 3rd respondent herein instituted a suit O.S.No.52 of 2018 , and the Civil Court granted status quo Order and in view of the same, the present Writ Petition cannot be maintained before this Court.

Having heard the said submission and the pendency of the civil suit, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to get themselves impleaded in the said suit and contest the same. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
