THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35414 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for Fisheries and Revenue, apart from perusing the entire material available on record. On a representation made by the petitioner-society on 20.12.2017, the State Government, vide memo, bearing No.7650/Fish/A1/2017, dated 02.01.2018, requested the Commissioner of Fisheries, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-second respondent herein to examine the proposals contained in the said representation and to take action as per rules. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction, on the part of the second respondent herein, in taking further action, pursuant to the said memo, dated 02.01.2018. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is likelihood of the subject land being allotted to the third parties.

Till such orders are passed, status quo, obtaining as on today, with regard to the subject land, shall be maintained.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
