HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34662 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering the representations dated 15.06.2018 and 05.09.2018 submitted by the petitioners for correction of entries in the revenue records, basing on the information furnished by the 4th respondent under the Right to Information Act, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners, seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

The learned Government Pleader would submit that if the representations of the petitioner are still pending, the same will be dealt with by the authorities in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representations of the petitioners dated 15.06.2018 and 05.09.2018 seeking correction in the entries in the revenue records, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas, in Survey No. 156 of Raykurthi village, Karimnagar district, as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,
miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
